This collection, consisting of three volumes, describes the intellectual property protection regimes in Anglo-American law jurisdictions, and more specifically in the United Kingdom and the United States. Developments are also devoted to Australia, Canada and other common law systems. In addition to the general applicable rules (sources, constitutional framework, procedures and sanctions) (volume 1), the book deals in detail with the protection of copyright, designs and models (volume 1), patents for inventions, plant varieties, trade secrets (volume 2), trademarks, registered or unregistered, indications of origin and quality, other distinctive signs, as well as the rules of unfair competition (volume 3).
