This article explores the notion of group ethics and its role in corporate ethical practice. It highlights the importance of the group of actors in the construction of collective ethics, as well as the inseparability between ethics and the actor in the predictability of the group. The article also highlights the conflictual nature of ethics within the group, and the need to find solutions to manage these conflicts. Finally, it highlights the role of free will and the ability to act in the realization of collective ethics.
