Human Potential at the core of Socio-Economic Theory (SEAM)

Résumé

The socio-economic approach to management led ISEOR as a center of research and consulting company to consider business as an exploration area suitable for both experimentation and clear-cut conceptualization, and prohibiting all our researchers to escape the abstract and abstruse ratiocinations. If the smooth running of a business depends on the creativity and initiative of the individuals that compose it, it seems obvious that focusing on human potential and its development is crucial.
